- Call detail records (CDRs): call duration, timestamps, caller/callee numbers
- Agent activity logs: login times, state changes, call handling metrics
- Campaign performance data: dial attempts, answer rates, dispositions

Call Recordings
If call recording is enabled by your account administrator, audio recordings of calls are stored securely. Recording of calls is the responsibility of the account holder and must comply with applicable consent laws.
